This colorful clay pendant is cast from a hand-made mold and features a five-pointed star made up of apple seeds.

In mythologies the world over, the number five is sacred, and apples are heavy with symbolism. These pendants stem from the Pagan roots of Raven’s Own, with five apple seeds forming the five-pointed star. Colored to represent the five elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit), the star is seated in a black circular pendant, representing the darker side of the never-ending wheel, while the apple seeds (depending on your path) stand for youth, death, knowledge, healing, and the earth herself.

Cast in polymer clay from a hand-made mold, each pendant is hand-painted with acrylics. A silver-plated bail is attached and strung with a 26” satin ribbon in a contrasting color. Each pendant is approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter and carries the artist’s mark and year on the back.
